We train our upper body but most often we tend to forget our lower body. It shouldn't be the case if you want an aesthetic and strong physique. I've made a workout for the lower body which will definitely add mass to those skinny legs (no offence if you have one). But I promise you, from now on you won't be carrying the tag of skinny legs anymore.

Legs carry you throughout the day, so they got to be strong. Try this Lower Body workout at home and build strong legs.


Doesn't matter if you have any sort of equipments, dumbbells or resistance bands, try this home leg workout requiring no equipments at all and you will see how good of a burn you will get out of this.


Before getting started, Some exercises are supposed to be done weighted in this routine. We will not be using any equipments but can surely make a DIY equipment to get the resistance we need. If you don't want to do weighted one then simply replace them with body weight only.


DIY Equipment Instruction:

  • Take a bag, add books, water bottle or anything in it and wear it on your back as a weighted vest.
  • You can also take any piece of heavy article in your home and hold it in your hands and perform the exercises.
