Why Train Upper Body?

Exercise in general is important for our overall good health. Upper Body exercise is important for a few reasons:

  • Good Posture
  • Muscle Building
  • Body balance and Strength
  • Aesthetics
Upper Body workouts strengthen our shoulders, chest and back, helping us to have good posture.

Things you need for this workout:

  1. Mat
  2. Pull-up bar (if you don't have one, use a door frame)
  3. 2 Chairs
  4. A bag full of books and a stick
In this Home Workout you only need a one piece of  DIY equipment for doing bicep curls. Follow the instructions for that down below ⤵️

Instructions:

Take a bag, add books in it and put a stick under its straps and here you go a weighted barbell to do bicep curls.

Note:

  1. After you get fatigue doing pull-ups, Do couple of reps of negative pull-ups.
  2. On 30 second diamond pushup hold, Get to the bottom range of the rep and hold there for about 30 seconds.
  3. When you are done boing bicep curls, go to that chin-up bar and hold yourself at the upper half position, preferably at a 90 degree angle)
